This is how you’re going to upload your weekly report.
1. Open your Library in Edmodo and create FOLDER by selecting the “New Folder” in NEW button.
2. Once your folder been created, you are redirected to the newly created folder or you may click on the folder you have created. Upload your Weekly Report word document by clicking on the “NEW’ button and selecting the File Upload.
TAKE NOTE: I am in the Harold Lamostre Weekly Report folder.
3. Then back to the main group page, RTPM DSHS Edmodo Community, select your groupings by clicking on the subject where you belong. Mine, I selected ICT.
4. You are now in the sub group like ICT. Yours might be different subject grouping.
5. Select or click the “Folders” in the middle between Posts and Members. Click on the “Manage Folders” button and a Dialog box appears.
6. Below is the Dialog box after you click the “Manage Folders” button. You may select your Weekly Report folder created from the Library and click “Done” button below.
TAKE NOTE: Highlighted folder by selecting it.
7. Back to your sub groupings. You will find your folder linked from your Library.
8. Voila! Cool, Awesome! You’re done. You can see your Weekly report in word document format.
In this case, it would be easy for our principal to check our weekly report including your supporting documents like MOVs. It is very manageable.
